摘　　要：慢性腹泻病程长,临床较常见,长期腹泻与情绪、肠道动力障碍、免疫功能异常、饮食改变等密切相关,严重影响正常生活,多伴随腹部不适。患者需定期服药及定期复查胃肠道功能,经济负担较重,容易产生厌烦、抵触、自卑等不良情绪,日久将造成心理障碍,如抑郁、焦虑等。西医以补液、抗感染、调节肠道菌群、提高免疫力、改善饮食、止泻治疗,但这些方法只能改善症状,长期治疗效果不佳。中医运用整体观及辨证论治方法,从个人体质入手,标本兼顾,在慢性腹泻的治疗中能取得满意的疗效。文章中分析了慢性重度腹泻验案1则,采用健脾温肾、疏肝解郁治疗本病,能够缓解临床症状,减少本病复发,提高患者生活质量。Chronic diarrhea has a long course of disease and is common in clinic.Chronic diarrhea is closely related to mood,intestinal motility disorder,abnormal immune function and diet change,which seriously affects normal life.Most of them are accompanied by abdominal discomfort.Patients need to take medicine regularly and review gastrointestinal function regularly.They have heavy economic burden,and produce bad emotions such as boredom,conflict and inferiority complex,which will cause psychological disorders and depression over time.Western Medicine treat with rehydration,anti-infection,regulating intestinal flora,enhancing immunity,improving diet and to stop diarrhea,but these methods can only improve symptoms,long-term treatment effect is not satisfactory,symptoms occur repeatedly.Traditional Chinese medicine can obtain satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of chronic diarrhea by using holistic view and dialectical diagnosis and treatment method,starting from personal constitution and taking into account both the specimen and the body.Traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by regulating intestinal micro-ecology through multiple targets,taking into account emotional factors,and improving the life quality of patients.The diagnosis and treatment are reported as follows to accumulate scientific research data.One case of chronic severe diarrhea was analyzed in this paper.The treatment of this disease by invigorating the spleen and warming the kidney,smoothing the liver and relieving depression could alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence of this disease and improve the quality of life of the patients.
