摘　　要：本文通过回顾近10年来针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)的相关文献,对EMs发病的病因病机、病理、针灸临床和实验观察进行分析,可以看出针刺疗法、灸法、耳针疗法、穴位敷贴疗法,穴位注射疗法及其联合治疗EMs均具有治疗意义,可确定针灸治疗EMs具有疗效快、复发率低、无不良反应的特点。但系统化、规范化相关研究仍有待进一步完善。By reviewing and sorting out the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of endometriosis in recent 10 years,and analyzing and summarizing the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of endometriosis in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,clinical practice and experiment,it is clear that acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular acupressure,therapy of point application,acupuncture point injection therapy and combination therapy have therapeutic significance.It is also clear that acupuncture and moxibustion has the characteristics of quick response,low recurrence rate and no side effects.However,the standardization and systematization of related research still need to be further improved.
