摘　　要：利多卡因是氨基酰胺类中效局部麻醉药,是一种钠通道阻滞剂。除了用于局部麻醉、区域麻醉和抗心律失常治疗外,利多卡因的临床应用还非常广泛,现就其临床应用及简要机制综述如下。Lidocaine is an intermediate-acting local anesthetic with amino amide structure and is a sodium channel blocker.In addition to local anesthesia,regional anesthesia and antiarrhythmic treatment,lidocaine is widely used in clinical practice.In this paper,the clinical applications of lidocaine and their brief mechanisms are reviewed.
