循证护理在缩宫素治疗产后出血护理中对减少出血量与不良反应的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在缩宫素治疗产后出血护理中对减少出血量与不良反应的效果。方法选择80例采用缩宫素治疗产后出血产妇,根据护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合循证护理,比较两组产妇产后30 min、3 h、24 h出血量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后30 min、3 h、24 h的出血量均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在缩宫素治疗产妇产后出血护理中,可有效减少产后出血量,降低不良反应发生情况,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in reducing the amount of bleeding and adverse reactions in oxytocin treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Eighty cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated with oxytocin were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to diff erent nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood loss at 30 min,3 h and 24 h after delivery and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss at 30 min,3h and 24h in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the observation group was 5.00%,signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(22.50%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in oxytocin treatment of postpartum hemorrhage nursing,can Effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,has clinical application value.
