摘 要:为探讨夏天高温季节刺参池塘混养大型藻类——菊花江蓠对水体初级生产力的影响,运用黑白瓶法对混养菊花江蓠的刺参池塘进行4次初级生产力的测定。结果表明,混养藻类池塘的初级生产力为271.63~1354.82(mg C)/(m^(2)·d),平均值为724.12(mg C)/(m^(2)·d),较无藻对照池塘提升16%。有藻池塘排水口的平均毛初级生产力和平均呼吸量比无藻池塘分别高53.44%和103.75%,7—8月份初级生产力较其他月份高出24%。菊花江蓠的混养模式可以有效提升池塘水体的初级生产力,满足池塘中刺参的生长发育的营养需求。In order to study the effect of Gracilaria lichevoides on the primary productivity of sea cucumber ponds in the summer high temperature season,the primary productivity was measured four times by using light and dark bottle technique.The results showed that the primary productivity of polyculture ponds ranged from 271.63~1354.82(mg C)/(m^(2)·d),with an average value of 724.12(mg C)/(m^(2)·d),Which was 16%higher than that of algae free pond.The average gross primary productivity and average respiration near outfall in polyculture ponds was 53.44% and 103.75% higher than that of algae free pond respectively,and the primary productivity was 24% in July and August higher than other months.The polyculture mode of Gracilaria lichevoides could effectively improve the primary productivity of pond and meet the nutritional needs of the growth and development of Sea cucumber in the pond.
