摘　　要：梳理了关于药用水蛭的相关报道,对药用水蛭资源、抗凝血物质、人工养殖研究等进行了详细的综述,剖析了当前水蛭养殖存在的主要问题,以期为药用水蛭的规范化养殖与推广提供基础资料与理论依据。In recent years,some breakthroughs had been made in the artificial domestication and reproduction of medicinal leeches,which was of great significance to the wild resources of medicinal leeches and the market of Chinese medicinal materials.In the current,relevant reports on medicinal leeches were reviewed in detail,including medical leech resources,anticoagulant substances and artificial breeding research.All the evidence showed that medicinal leeches had great prospect of development and utilization,and some problems of current leeches breeding were dissected likewise to provide a scientific basis for standardized breeding and popularizing.
