基于DPSIR模型的西北干旱风沙区旅游生态安全预警研究——以宁夏回族自治区中卫市为例

摘　　要：通过DPSIR模型构建中卫市旅游生态安全预警指标体系,运用熵权及TOPSIS法对2008—2017年中卫市旅游生态安全现状、发展趋势进行动态评估,用障碍度模型诊断障碍因子。结果表明:(1)总体上,中卫市旅游生态安全有所好转,贴近度变化明显,前期上升后期不断下降,警情经历“中警”“重警”“中警”的变化过程。(2)子系统上,驱动力、压力系统呈下降趋势,警情分别变为“巨警”和“重警”,状态、影响、响应系统贴近度整体呈现上升趋势,警情不断转好。(3)排名前三的障碍因子为教育投资占GDP比重、旅游从业人员大专以上学历比重、住宿和餐饮收入增长率。通过分析构建旅游生态安全预警指标体系,以期为提升旅游生态安全状况提供思路。In this paper,through the DPSIR model,the tourism ecological security early warning index system of Zhongwei city is constructed.The entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are used to evaluate the current situation and development trend of tourism ecological security in Zhongwei city from 2008 to 2017,and the obstacle model is used to diagnose the main obstacle factors.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the situation of tourism ecological security in Zhongwei city improved,and the trend of ecological security closeness was obvious.In the early stage,it was rising and in later stage,it was declining.The police situation experienced the change process of“central police”,“heavy police”and“central police”.(2)On subsystems,the driving force and pressure system are in a downward trend,and the police situation is changed from“heavy alarm”to“huge alarm”and“light alarm”to“heavy alarm”;The closeness of state,influence and response system is on the rise,and the police situation is getting better.(3)The top three obstacle factors are the proportion of education investment in GDP,the proportion of tourism employees with college degree or above,and the growth rate of accommodation and catering income,so as to provide ideas for improving the situation of tourism ecological security.
