冶炼烟气制酸系统一吸塔烟气酸雾含量高的处理实践

摘　　要：介绍了铜陵有色金冠铜业分公司奥炉厂区制酸系统一吸塔出口烟气酸雾含量高的问题及处理措施。酸雾含量高造成烟气管道腐蚀漏气,并伴有后续热交换器壳程出现冷凝酸。在生产延续及停产情况下,通过系统排查及烟饼试验,确定一吸塔个别纤维除雾器密封杯酸液位低,形成局部烟气短路,含酸雾烟气绕过纤维床,直接通过纤维除雾器的密封杯进入出口管道,整改后问题得以彻底解决,系统恢复正常。The problem and the treatment measures of high concentration acid mist in flue gas outlet of the first absorber in drying and absorption section in Ausmelt furnace plant of Jinguan Copper Branch,Tongling Nonferrous Metals are introduced.High concentration acid mist causes corrosion and leakage of flue gas pipeline and occurrence of condensed acid in shell side of subsequent heat exchanger.During production continuation and parking operation,inspection and smoke cake test show that acid level of individual fiber demister seal cup in intermediate absorber was low,which result in partial flue gas short circuit.Flue gas containing acid mist passes fiber bed,directly enters outlet pipe through seal cup of fibre mist eliminator.After technological transformation,the problem is completely solved and system ran normally.
