摘 要:目的:分析并讨论心理干预治疗对早中期妊娠孕妇失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年7月在谷城县人民医院接受保胎治疗的早中期妊娠孕妇70例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。治疗期间,给予对照组孕妇常规健康宣教,给予观察组孕妇心理干预治疗。分别观察并记录2组早中期妊娠孕妇的失眠改善情况,并比较其干预前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量评分。结果:干预前,2组的睡眠质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组的睡眠质量评分明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规健康宣教的基础上,给予早中期妊娠孕妇心理干预治疗,有助于稳定其心理状态,改善孕妇的睡眠质量,避免失眠,值得持续推广或应用。Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of psychological interventions on insomnia in early and mid-term pregnancy.Methods:From December 2019 to July 2020,70 early and middle pregnancy pregnant women were treated in Gucheng County people′s Hospital.were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.During the treatment,the control group was given routine health education and psychological intervention for pregnant women in the observation group.The improvement of insomnia was observed and recorded in two groups of early and middle pregnancy pregnant women,and the Pittsburgh sleep quality score before and after intervention was compared.Results:Before the intervention,the sleep quality scores of the two groups were not significantly different,P>0.05;after the intervention,the sleep quality scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the study group,P<0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of routine health education,psychological intervention treatment for pregnant women in early and mid-term pregnancy can help stabilize their mental state,improve their sleep quality,and avoid insomnia.It is worthy of continuous promotion or application.
