护理干预对带状疱疹患者疼痛及睡眠质量影响

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理干预对带状疱疹患者的作用。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年10月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的带状疱疹患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,并对2组疼痛评分与睡眠质量评分进行比较。结果:护理后2周,2组疼痛评分均低于护理前,且观察组护理后2周疼痛评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后2周睡眠质量评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对带状疱疹患者施行优质护理干预,可改善疼痛程度,提高其睡眠质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with herpes zoster.Methods:A total of 90 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a test group using a random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the test group was given high-quality care.The scores of pain and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Both groups had lower pain levels after two weeks of care,and the pain scores of the test group after two weeks of care were lower than those of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The test group′s scores of sleep quality after two weeks of care were lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention for patients with herpes zoster can improve their pain levels and sleep quality.
