家庭无创通气远程管理的现状与思考

摘　　要：睡眠呼吸疾病是临床常见疾病,可引起机体反复间歇缺氧,继而引起心血管、代谢和神经认知疾病患病率,及癌症相关死亡率的增加。睡眠呼吸疾病的主要治疗方式为家庭无创通气治疗,需要长期随访管理。随着互联网医疗的发展,依托于互联网医疗的无创通气远程管理显得至关重要。本文就无创正压通气远程管理的现状及发展进行分析思考。Sleep apnea is a common clinical disease that causes recurrent intermittent hypoxia,which in turn increases the prevalence of cardiovascular,metabolic and neurocognitive diseases and cancer-related mortality.The main treatment for sleep apnea is home noninvasive ventilation,and long-term follow-up management is required.With the development of Internet medical,the remote management of non-invasive ventilation based on Internet medical is very important.In this paper,the current status and development of the remote management of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation are analyzed for reference.
