补阳还五汤加味穴位贴敷治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察补阳还五汤加味穴位贴敷治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院住院的慢性心力衰竭病人120例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用补阳还五汤加味穴位贴敷,治疗8周。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级、6 min步行试验距离(6MWT)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、B型利钠肽(BNP)及不良反应。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分、NYHA心功能分级、6MWT、LVEDD、LVEF、BNP比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。结论补阳还五汤加味穴位贴敷治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的效果明显,无严重不良反应发生。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified acupoint application on chronic heart failure of Qi Deficiency and blood stasis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with heart failure hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the patients in treatment group additionally applied with Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified acupoint application for 8 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function classification,walking distance in 6 minutes(6MWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NYHA cardiac function classification,6MWT,LVEDD,LVEF,BNP in both groups was improved,and the improvement degrees of treatment group were better than those of control group.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified acupoint application was effective for chronic heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
