摘  要:目的:建立天葵子指纹图谱及指标性成分的测定方法,为天葵子质量评价提供参考。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC),以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,建立天葵子药材的指纹图谱,并测定天葵子中格列风内酯、木兰花碱含量。结果:建立了天葵子指纹图谱,确定了17个共有峰,指认了3个,其相似度均大于0.9。格列风内酯、木兰花碱分别在质量浓度为0.525~524.770、0.514~514.108μg·mL^(-1)具有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为94.73%、92.90%,RSD均小于3.0%。结论:该方法快速准确、专属性强、重复性好、简便高效,可作为天葵子的质量控制方法。Objective:To establish the fingerprint and the method for determination of index components of Semiaquilegia adoxoides,so as to provide the basis for the quality evaluation of S.adoxoides.Methods:Using methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid as mobile phase,gradient elution was used to establish the fingerprint of S.adoxoides,and the content of griffonilide and magnoflorine were determined by ultra performance liquid chcromatoraphy(UPLC).Results:The fingerprints of S.adoxoides were established,and 17 common peaks were marked up;3 peaks were identified by comparison with the references,and the similarity was more than 0.9.In the range of 0.525-524.770,0.514-514.108μg·mL^(-1),respectively,grifolactone and magnoflorine showed good linear relationship.Their average recovery rates were 94.73%and 92.90%,respectively,and the RSD values were less than 3.0%.Conclusion:The established method is rapid,accurate,specific,reproducible,simple and efficient,which can provide reference for the quality control of S.adoxoides.
