摘　　要：目的:建立疏风解毒胶囊超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)指纹图谱,并测定(R,S)-告依春、虎杖苷、连翘酯苷A、柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d、连翘苷、大黄素、齐墩果酸、熊果酸9个成分的含量。方法:该样品用75%甲醇提取,采用Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),流动相乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长分别为220、310 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1),进样量为1.0μL。结果:12批样品中有22个共有峰,相似度均大于0.95。9个成分在实验范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9994),平均加样回收率为97.9%~99.0%,RSD为0.4%~1.2%。结论:所建立的UPLC指纹图谱分离效果良好、特征性强、方法稳定简单,多成分含量测定结合指纹图谱分析可用于疏风解毒胶囊的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the qualitative analysis of fingerprints and quantitative analysis of 9 components of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules by UPLC.Methods:The analysis of methanol(75%)extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent XDB-C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid flowing at 0.3 mL·min^(-1) in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 220 nm and 310 nm.Results:There were twenty-two common peaks in the fingerprints of twelve batches of samples with the similarities of more than 0.95.Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9994),whose average recoveries were 97.9%-99.0%with the RSDs of 0.4%-1.2%.Conclusion:The UPLC fingerprints established have a good separation effect,with strong characteristics.This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules.
