摘　　要：新时期,国家提出并实施了创新驱动发展战略,将创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。在“双一流”建设背景下,公共卫生教育迎来了新的机遇和挑战。通过分析当前公共卫生教育存在的不足,提出宏观与微观相结合,建立“三层次”的公共卫生创新人才培养路径。营造培养创新人才的环境,突破人才培养体制机制难点,形成各具特色的创新人才培养模式,为高等学校推进创新人才培养提供参考。In the new era,our country puts forward and implements the innovation-driven development strategy,which puts innovation in the core position of the overall national development.In the context of“double first-class”construction,public health education is facing with new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in current public health education,puts forward the combination of macro and micro levels,and establishes the“three-level”public health innovative talents cultivation path.By creating the environment for cultivating innovative talents,overcoming the difficulties of the talent cultivation system,distinctive innovative talent cultivation models are established,which provides references for colleges and universities to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
