摘 要:目的:探究与分析磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)技术下运动功能康复锻炼在脑梗死患者术后的应用。方法:选取医院收治的100例脑梗死患者,经磁共振DTI技术扫描,重建双侧皮质脊髓束(CST),按照CST分级将患者分为1级组(34例)、2级组(30例)和3级组(36例)。全部患者术后均采用运动功能康复锻炼,并在运动康复锻炼前给予磁共振DTI技术扫描,观察不同分级下脑梗死患者经过运动功能康复干预后的肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)、该区域及对侧正常区域的各向异性分数(FA)值(均多次测量取平均值)。结果:3组康复锻炼后与康复锻炼前相比FMA评分均升高,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=17.548,t=15.345,t=14.726;P<0.05),FMA评分的差值相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组康复锻炼后与康复锻炼前相比BI指数升高更加显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=19.088,t=14.020,t=14.588;P<0.05)。3组康复锻炼后与康复锻炼前患侧的FA值升高,组间差异具有统计学意义(t=5.058,t=3.016,t=4.537;P<0.05),康复锻炼前后的患侧FA值的差值相比差异均无统计学意义,康复锻炼后与康复锻炼前的健侧FA值差异无统计学意义。结论:磁共振DTI技术下运动功能康复锻炼在脑梗死患者中能够对其受损程度给予有效的评估,其运动功能康复锻炼可明显的改善不同分级下患者的肢体功能及日常生活能力。Objective:To explore and analyze the postoperative application of rehabilitation exercise of motor function under magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)technique in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in hospital were selected to reconstruct bilateral corticospinal tract(CST)through the scan of magnetic resonance DTI technique.According to CST classification,the patients were divided into 1 grade group(34 cases),2 grade group(30 cases)and 3 grade group(36 cases).All postoperative patients adopted rehabilitation exercises of motor function,and the scan of magnetic resonance DTI technique was implemented on them before the rehabilitation exercises.And then,the scores of Fugl-meyer motor assessment(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)of motor function of limbs,and fractional anisotropy(FA)value of this field and the contralateral normal field of patients with cerebral infarction under different grading after rehabilitation intervention of motor function were observed(The mean was obtained by repeated measurement).Results:The FMA scores of three groups post rehabilitation were significantly higher than those pre rehabilitation(t=17.548,t=15.345,t=14.726,P<0.05).The differences of the difference value of FMA scores between pre and post rehabilitation exercise among three groups were not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the BI pre rehabilitation excise,that post rehabilitation of three groups significantly increased,and the difference of that among three groups was significant(t=19.088,t=14.020,t=14.588,P<0.05).The FA value of diseased side of patients both post and pre rehabilitation exercise in three groups increased,and the difference of FA value of three groups between pre and post rehabilitation exercise were statistically significant(t=5.058,t=3.016,t=4.537,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FA difference value of three groups on diseased side between pre and post rehabilitation exercise.And there was still no significant difference in FA di
