摘 要:以K344-114型扩张式封隔器为研究对象,基于橡胶材料的Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,运用有限元分析方法按照封隔器坐封过程和坐封后两种工况,对封隔器的非线性接触力学行为进行了模拟研究,分析了坐封过程中施加载荷与轴向压缩距的关系以及坐封后的强度、接触应力和摩擦力校核。分析结果表明:在封隔器坐封过程中,中胶筒首先与套管发生接触,当压差达到一定值时胶筒扩张到与套管接触,封隔器完成坐封;坐封后胶筒的应力集中于胶筒的肩部;胶筒与套管之间的摩擦力、接触应力均能满足分层注水工艺设计要求,能够有效封隔15 MPa的层间压差。Based on Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model of rubber material,the nonlinear contact mechanical behavior of K344-114 expandable packer was simulated by using finite element method.The relationship between applied load and axial compression distance of the expandable packer in the process of setting is analyzed,and the strength,contact stress and friction after setting are checked.The results show that:in the setting process of packer,the middle rubber tube first contacts with the casing,when the pressure difference reaches a certain value,the rubber cylinder expands to contact with the casing,and the packer completes the setting;After setting,the stress of the rubber cylinder is concentrated on the shoulder of the rubber cylinder;the friction force and contact stress between the rubber cylinder and the casing can meet the design requirements of layering water injection process,and the interlayer pressure difference of 15 MPa can be effectively sealed.
