摘 要:针对目前地面集输系统缺乏在线腐蚀监测技术的问题,通过基于多路超声回波特性的实验设计,评价了4种常用超声测厚设备在不同厚度条件下测量值的准确性和稳定性,优选Rightrax DL2作为主要硬件,配以数据采集、超声发射、超声接收处理等模块设计,研发了多路超声回波在线腐蚀监测系统。在气田集输管线弯头和净化厂再生塔等易腐蚀部位开展现场安装测试,试验结果表明系统的监测数据准确,传输稳定,能够真实反映监测点的壁厚变化和腐蚀情况,且具有安全预警功能,对保障地面集输系统的长期安全运行具有重要意义。At present,there is a lack of on-line corrosion monitoring technology in surface gathering and transportation system.Therefore,based on the experimental design of multi-channel ultrasonic echo characteristics,the measurement accuracy and stability of four kinds of commonly used ultrasonic thickness measuring equipment under different thickness conditions are evaluated.The thickness measuring equipment Rightrax DL2 is selected as the main hardware,data acquisition,ultrasonic transmission,ultrasonic receiving and processing modules are designed,and a multi-channel ultrasonic echo online corrosion monitoring system is developed.The corrosion monitoring system is installed in the elbow of gas gathering pipeline and the corrosion prone parts of regeneration tower in purification plant.The test results show that the monitoring data of the system is accurate and its transmission is stable.The system can truly reflect the change of the pipe wall at monitoring points,and has a safety warning function,which is of great significance to ensure the long-term safe operation of the surface gathering and transportation system.
