摘 要:目的探讨微生物送检标本在培养前进行涂片镜检的临床意义。方法选取2019年1月至2019年6月本院采集的417份微生物送检标本作为研究对象,所有微生物标本均先进行涂片镜检,再进行接种培养,比较两种培养结果的符合率。结果417份送检标本中,痰液标本105份,尿液标本102份,分泌物标本167份,其他标本43份。不合格标本27份,不合格率为6.47%,390份(93.53%)合格标本中痰液标本占比为24.87%,尿液标本为24.36%,分泌物标本为42.31%,其他标本为8.46%;390份合格标本检出致病菌株阳性101份,占比25.90%,培养法检出致病菌株阳性117份,涂片镜检痰液、尿液、分泌物及其他标本阳性率与培养法比较差异无统计学意义,两种培养方法痰液、尿液、分泌物及其他标本阳性符合率分别为78.79%、87.50%、93.33%、86.67%。结论涂片镜检用于微生物送检标本前筛查,操作便捷,可提升微生物送检标本的合格率,提高标本检出的符合率和阳性率,具有重要的推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of smear microscopic examination of microbial specimens before culture.Methods 417 microbial specimens collected in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.All microbial specimens were examined by smear microscopic,and then inoculated and cultured,the coincidence rate between the two culture results were compared.Results Among the 417 submitted specimens,105 were sputum specimens,102 were urine specimens,167 were secretions specimens,and 43 were other specimens.27 unqualified specimens,the unqualified rate was 6.47%,among the 390(93.53%)qualified specimens,the qualified rate was 24.87%for sputum specimens,24.36%for urine specimens,42.31%for secretions specimens,and 8.46%for other specimens;390 qualified specimens detected 101 positive pathogenic strains,accounting for 25.90%,117 positive pathogenic strains detected by culture method,positive rate of sputum,urine,secretions and other specimens by smear microscopy and culture method,the difference was not statistically significant.The positive coincidence rates of sputum,urine,secretions and other specimens of the two culture methods were 78.79%,87.50%,93.33%,and 86.67%,respectively.Conclusion Smear microscopic examination is used for the screening of microbial specimens before inspection.It is easy to operate,can increase the qualified rate of microbial specimens,and increase the coincidence rate and positive rate of specimen detection.It has important promotion value.
