摘　　要：针对某V型柴油机出现的转速下降、起动失败和游车等故障,介绍了调速器电液转速设定机构、起动原理和缓冲补偿单元的工作原理,结合电液比例电磁阀、停车装置和缓冲活塞组件对故障原因进行了分析,取得初步判断后再进行相应的检查、分析和故障位置的确定,并进行了相关的验证试验。The electro-hydraulic speed setting mechanism and starting of governor are introduced in view of the failure of speed decline,starting failure and traveling of a V-type diesel engine.Combined with electro-hydraulic proportional solenoid valve,stopping device and buffer piston assembly,the fault reason is analyzed.After obtaining the preliminary judgment,the corresponding inspection,analysis and determination of the fault location are carried out,and the relevant verification tests are carried out.
