芳香中药“以气(香)用事”探析

摘　　要：芳香中药之"香"是对其性状与性能的双重标识,"以气用事"也即"以香用事"。"以气用事"之术语虽出现较晚,但其理论构建却源远流长。"香"既是对其辟、散、通、化等作用性质特点的高度概括,又与四气、五味等性能参照为用,综合指导其以"气(香)"用事的实践应用。同时,对以"气(香)"用事的研究探索,从物质基础、药理活性及作用机制方面印证了"香"的客观性,丰富了其现代理论内涵,为中医香疗学的理论发展及现代研究提供了理论支撑。The "fragrance" of Chinese aromatic medicinals represents its characteristics as well as properties and actions. The term of "use qi nature to play a role", that is "use fragrance to play a role", appears late but has a long history of theoretical development. The "fragrance" fully reflects the dispelling, dispersing, unblocking and transforming effects pertain to aromatic medicinals, and can guide the clinical application of aromatic medicinals under the theory of "use qi(fragrance) to play a role" with reference to the properties and actions of four qi and five flavors. Simultaneously, researches to explore the material basis, pharmacological activity and mechanism of "use qi(fragrance) to play a role" have been conducted, which have confirmed the objectiveness of "fragrance" and have enriched its modern theoretical connotation, thereby providing theoretical support for the theory and modern research development of Chinese aromatherapy.
