摘　　要：论文基于美国洛杉矶华裔和韩裔经济的个案研究,从社区的视角审视国际移民创业的效益,剖析移民创业对社区建设的影响。论文认为,国际移民创业的效益,不仅体现在创业者个人的经济收益及族裔经济的发展,同时也体现在非经济方面的直接和间接的溢出效益。移民创业有助于强化族裔社区的机构完整性,吸引同族中产阶级回归,营造一个独特的族裔社会环境,从而促进族裔资源的再生产,支持族群成员的社会融入。创业对移民的向上社会流动有着举足轻重的作用。The paper examines the spillover effects,or non-economic effects,of immigrant entrepreneurship,zooming in on explaining how immigrant entrepreneurship affects ethnic community building.Based on a comparative analysis of Chinese and Korean economies in Los Angeles,USA,on data collected from face-to-face interviews and participant observations,as well as content analysis of local media or community news reports,we find that immigrant entrepreneurship not only brings about positive economic effects on the individual and ethnic economy,but also generates a range of spillover effects.In particular,immigrant entrepreneurship strengthens the capacity of the ethnic community by creating and nurturing a unique ethnic environment conducive to upward social mobility.
