摘  要:海岸线是海洋与陆地的分界线,海岸线的准确确定对于海岸带空间资源的使用与管理具有重要意义。针对现有的海岸线遥感提取方法存在的技术缺陷,提出从构建海岸线遥感分类体系、改进海岸线遥感推算方法、建立可操作性强的海岸线遥感提取与推算技术体系方面,系统开展海岸线时空动态变化遥感监测的关键技术与应用研究,形成完整可靠的海岸线遥感推算、岸线岸滩动态变化遥感监测技术体系并开展业务化应用,可为海岸带空间资源的合理开发利用提供基础数据支撑和决策分析依据。Coastline is the boundary between ocean and land.The accurate determination of coastline is of great significance for the use and management of coastal space resources.The deterioration of environment and the shortage of resources in the coastal areas,and aiming at the technical defects of the existing methods of coastline remote sensing extraction,this paper proposed to systematically carry out the remote sensing of the spatiotemporal dynamic changes of coastline from the aspects of the construction of coastline remote sensing classification system,the improvement of coastline remote sensing calculation method and the establishment of highly operable coastline remote sensing extraction and calculation technical system.The key technology and application research of monitoring will form a complete and reliable remote sensing monitoring technology system of coastline remote sensing calculation and coastline beach dynamic change and carry out operational application.It can provide basic data support and decision analysis basis for the rational development and utilization of coastal space resources.
