摘  要:针对过氧化甲乙酮在使用中出现易分解、易浑浊、易导致透明树脂发黄、储存条件要求较高等问题,通过多次交叉实验,选择合适的合成温度、溶剂比例、催化剂、原料摩尔比和pH等工艺参数,使过氧化甲乙酮的制成品稳定性得到显著提高。经过车间生产验证了新工艺的可行性。过氧化甲乙酮产品的安全性、经济性均得到较大提升。Aiming at the problems that methyl ethyl ketone peroxide is easy to decompose,easy to be turbid,easy to cause transparent resin yellowing,and high storage conditions,through multiple cross-experiments,select the appropriate synthesis temperature,solvent ratio,catalyst,raw material molar ratio,pH and other process parameters,so that the stability of the finished product of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide has been significantly improved.The feasibility of the new process has been verified through workshop production.The safety and economy of the methyl ethyl ketone peroxide product have been greatly improved.
