摘 要:为考察不同载体的催化剂对臭氧非均相催化氧化处理煤化工废水的影响,选取了市面上常见的铝基和碳基载体催化剂,并对催化剂的比表面积和强度等理化指标进行表征测试。以废水的COD为考察指标,研究了不同载体催化剂的吸附性能及催化氧化性能。结果表明:铝基催化剂机械强度更高(最高为125.22 N),碳基催化剂比表面积较大,高达1021.6 m^(2)/g,表现出更强的吸附性能,吸附容量为5.14~8.14 mg COD/g。碳基催化剂对废水COD去除率为55%~60%,B/C提高更多,最高为50%;铝基催化剂对废水COD去除率最高为50%,但出水COD及浊度更加稳定,且出水分子量不超过1000的有机物含量高于96%。研究结果将为臭氧催化氧化煤化工废水过程中催化剂的选取提供参考。In order to investigate the effect of different supported catalysts on the treatment of coal chemical wastewater by heterogeneous catalytic oxidation of ozone,common aluminum-based and carbon-based supported catalysts on the market were selected,and the specific surface area and strength of the catalysts were characterized and tested.Taking the COD of wastewater as the inspection index,the adsorption performance and catalytic oxidation performance of different supported catalysts were studied.The results show that the aluminum-based catalyst has higher mechanical strength(maximum 125.22 N),and the carbon-based catalyst has a larger specific surface area,up to 1021.6 m^(2)/g,showing stronger adsorption performance,with an adsorption capacity of 5.14~8.14 mg COD/g.Carbon-based catalysts can removal COD in wastewater with the efficiency of 55%~60%,and the B/C increase is more,up to 50%.The maximum COD removal rate in wastewater by aluminum-based catalysts is 50%,but the COD and turbidity of effluent are more stable,and the organic content of the effluent with a molecular weight of not more than 1000 is higher than 96%.The research results will provide references for the selection of catalysts in the process of ozone catalytic oxidation of coal chemical wastewater.
