摘　　要：近年来,进出口贸易活动中由危险货物引发的安全事故频发。为打击相应违法行为,消除国际航运以及国内运输环节安全隐患,在货物进出口查验环节中,海关加大了对于涉及危险货物违法案件的查处力度。通过部门协作,执法互助机制,海关、海事以及应急管理部门都依据相应职权,依法对涉嫌违法案件进行了相应处理。现择取部分案例进行分析讨论,一方面总结相关经验做法,另一方面希望警钟长鸣,规范外贸行业风气,维护国门安全。In recent years,accidents caused by dangerous goods during the import and export trade have occurred frequently.In order to crack down on the corresponding illegal acts and eliminate hidden dangers in the international shipping and domestic transportation links,the customs has stepped up its investigation and punishment of illegal cases involving dangerous goods during the import and export inspection.Through the cooperation of departments and the mutual assistance mechanism of law enforcement,the customs,maritime bureau and emergency management departments have dealt with such illegal cases in accordance with corresponding regulations.Some cases are selected for analysis and discussion in this paper.We hope the relevant experiences and practices could be summarized as alerts.On the other hand,these alerts could be sounded to eliminate the illegal behaviorsof the foreign trade industry and to maintain the bounder security of our country.
