摘 要:大学生对学校的满意度成为考核评价学校教学质量的指标之一。因此,学生满意度调查已成为高等教育质量评估中重要且不可或缺的方面。借鉴利益相关者理论,沈阳工业大学从2016年开始在全校范围内开展学生满意度调查,真正了解了高等教育利益核心相关者——学生对专业学习、学习环境、素质能力培养、校园生活服务的满意度状况。通过抽取沈阳工业大学学生对专业学习的满意度调查数据,并将调查数据进行多维度差异分析,研究不同样本统计条件下学生专业学习满意度的状况,并对产生差异的原因进行分析,从专业的核心利益相关者的角度为专业发展提供有价值的信息,从而促进专业教学质量的持续改进和内涵质量的提升。College students’satisfaction status with the school has become one of the indexes to evaluate the teaching quality of the school.Therefore,the student’satisfaction survey has become an important and indispensable aspect of higher education quality evaluation.Based on stakeholder theory,Shenyang University of Technology has carried out a student satisfaction survey in the school since 2016,and has really understood the status of satisfaction of the core stakeholders of higher education—the students,in the aspects of professional learning,learning environment,quality and ability training,campus life service,etc.The main content of this study is to extract the survey data of students’satisfaction status with professional learning of Shenyang University of Technology,and to analyze the survey data by multidimensional difference analysis,to study the status of students’professional learning satisfaction under different sample statistical conditions,and to analyze the causes of the differences,so as to provide valuable information for the professional development from the perspective of professional core stakeholders,which will promote the continuous improvement of professional teaching quality and the enhancement of connotation quality.
