补肾方剂对股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后骨愈合和血钙的影响

摘　　要：目的:研讨股骨粗隆间骨折患者辅用补肾方剂治疗对术后骨愈合及血钙水平的影响。方法:选择2018年3月-2020年1月茂名市电白区中医院收诊治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者68例,按照随机字表法进行分组设计,A组(34例)术后予以钙剂基础用药,B组(34例)在上述基础用药下辅用补肾方剂治疗,比较两组的临床用药效果。结果:与A组相比,B组术后骨折愈合率提高更明显,骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间缩短更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前测定的血钙值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,B组测定的血钙值较A组提高更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。髋关节功能评估显示,B组优良率为94.12%(32/34),较A组优良率76.47%(26/34)提高更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨粗隆间骨折患者辅用补肾方剂治疗,能够提高患者的血钙水平,促进术后骨愈合,加速恢复患者的髋关节功能,值得推荐。Objective:To investigate the effect of kidney-tonifying formula on bone healing and serum calcium level in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with intertrochanteric fracture who were admitted and treated in Maoming Dianbai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Group A(34 cases)was given basic calcium after surgery,and group B(34 cases)was treated with kidney-tonifying formula on the basis of the above-mentioned basic drugs,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with group A,the postoperative fracture healing rate of group B was more significantly shortened,and the fracture healing time and the total weightbearing time were significantly shortened(all P<0.05).The differences in blood calcium values measured before treatment between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05),which was of no statistical significance.After treatment,the measured blood calcium value in group B was more significantly improved than that in group A(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The evaluation of hip joint function showed that the excellent and good rate of group B was 94.12%(32/34),which was more significant than that of group A(76.47%,26/34),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,the supplement of kidny-tonifying formula can improve the level of blood calcium,promote postoperative bone healing and accelerate the recovery of hip joint function,which is worth of being recommended.
