疏肝理脾片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙肝肝纤维化的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究恩替卡韦分散片联合疏肝理脾片治疗慢性乙型肝炎(Chronic Hepatitis B,CHB)肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将2018年10月-2019年6月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊诊断为乙肝肝纤维化患者40例随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组患者各20例。对照组患者单一服用恩替卡韦分散片,治疗组患者口服恩替卡韦分散片同时加服疏肝理脾片治疗,连续治疗6个月后比较两组患者治疗前后相关指标差异。结果:治疗组中转氨酶及肝脏硬度值下降较对照组明显(P<0.05),两组患者乙肝病毒的脱氧核糖核酸(Hepatitis B Virus Deoxyribonucleic Acid,HBV-DNA)阴转率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝理脾片联合恩替卡韦可有效改善乙肝肝纤维化患者肝功能及肝脏硬度值,更好地控制HBV-DNA复制。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of entecavir dispersible tablet combined with Shugan Lipi tablet(疏肝理脾片)in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)liver fibrosis.Methods:From October 2018 to June 2019,40 patients diagnosed hepatitis B liver fibrosis in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the control group took entecavir dispersible tablet alone,and the patients in the treatment group took entecavir dispersible tablet combined with Shugan Lipi tablet.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The transaminase and liver stiffness values in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA)negative conversion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Lipi tablet combined with entecavir can effectively improve liver function and liver stiffness of patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis,and it can better control HBV-DNA replication.
