中药消疕合剂对寻常型银屑病血热证PASI指数及血清VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药消疕合剂对寻常型银屑病血热证的影响,比较银屑病皮损面积和严重性指数(Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,PASI)评分及血清血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)水平变化。方法:将90例入组患者随机分成两组:治疗组50例口服消疕合剂,每次125 mL,每天2次;对照组40例口服消银颗粒,每次1包,每天3次,共观察8周。治疗组治疗前后检测外周血VEGF水平。结果:治疗组治疗后PASI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清VEGF水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:中药消疕合剂可显著降低寻常型银屑病血热证患者PASI指数,其机理可能与其降低患者血清VEGF水平有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Xiaobi mixture(消疕合剂)on psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome and compare psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)index and serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.50 patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Xiaobi mixture,125 mL,twice a day,while the control group took oral Xiaoyin granule(消银颗粒),1 package once time,3 times a day,and the treatment was of 8 weeks.The peripheral blood VEGF levels were detected before and after treatment in the treatment group.Results:After treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Herbal Xiaobi mixture can significantly reduce the PASI index of psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood heat syndrome and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum VEGF level of patients.
