摘　　要：目的:了解2型糖尿病病人自我怜悯现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、自我怜悯量表、自尊量表、领悟社会支持量表对广州市2所三级甲等医院住院的238例2型糖尿病病人进行调查。结果:2型糖尿病病人自我怜悯总分为(74.10±9.82)分,自尊总分为(26.02±3.90)分,领悟社会支持总分为(49.16±10.96)分;自我怜悯得分与自尊得分、领悟社会支持各维度得分及总分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步线性回归分析显示,年龄、糖尿病并发症、自尊和领悟社会支持是病人自我怜悯的主要影响因素。结论:医护人员应对2型糖尿病病人实施针对性干预,提高病人的自尊和领悟社会支持水平,进而提高病人的自我怜悯水平。Objective:To understand the the status quo of self-compassion in type 2 diabetes patients,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods:A survey,involving 238 patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in two tertiary grade A hospitals in Guangzhou,was conducted by using the general information questionnaire,Self-Compassion Scale(SCS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results:The total scores of SCS,SES,PSSS of type 2 diabetic patients were 74.10±9.82,26.02±3.90,49.16±10.96,respectively.There was positive correlation between the total score of SCS and the total score of SES(P<0.05).And there were positive correlations between the total score of SCS and scores of each dimension and total score of PSSS(P<0.05).Multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis showed that age,complications of diabetes,self-esteem,and perceived social support were the main influencing factors of self-compassion in type 2 diabetic patients.Conclusion:Medical staff should implement targeted interventions for type 2 diabetic patients and enhance their self-esteem and perceived social support,in order to improve the patients'self-compassion.
