摘　　要：目的:探讨64排128层螺旋CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)在头颈部血管性疾病的检查方法与临床应用价值。方法:将临床医师怀疑头颈部血管性疾病患者行CTA检查,CTA检查方法采用小剂量注射峰值测定法,将扫描数据发送至工作站处理,应用GE ADW4.5工作站进行多种方式图像重建。结果:100例患者行CTA检查后,95例患者能清晰地显示头颈部各主要动脉及其血管分支,能多方位地对脑部血管开展合理的观察,清楚地发现血管动脉瘤、血管堵塞、血管畸形等疾病,并且能够确立病灶与周边正常组织的位置关系,为进一步医治提供强有力的诊断依据。结论:CTA对头颈部血管性疾病的诊断具有操作简单、无创、安全、快速等优点,可以作为头颈部血管性病变筛查和术前评估的首选影像学检查方法,提前了解血管情况,防范于未然。Objective:To explore the diagnostic method and clinical value of 64-slice 128-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA)in head and neck vascular diseases.Methods:Patients with suspected head and neck vascular diseases received CTA examination by clinicians.The CTA examination method was small dose injection peak measurement method.Scan data were sent to workstation for processing,and GE ADW4.5 workstation was used for image reconstruction in various ways.Results:100 cases of patients with CTA examination,95 cases of patients able to clear the display of the head and neck each main artery and vascular branch,multi-azimuth to observation of brain blood vessels to carry out the reasonable,clear vascular aneurysms,vascular diseases such as congestion,vascular malformation,and can establish the position relationship between lesions and the surrounding normal tissues,provide powerful diagnostic basis for further treatment.Conclusion:CTA has the advantages of simple operation,non-invasive,safe and rapid diagnosis of vascular diseases in the head and neck.It can be used as the preferred imaging examination method for screening and preoperative evaluation of vascular diseases in the head and neck,so as to know the vascular condition in advance and prevent from the future.
