摘　　要：癫痫是临床中发病率较高的神经系统疾病,多为中枢神经功能障碍所致,并具有反复发作的特点,不仅严重影响了患者的身心健康,还对其家庭造成了严重的经济和精神负担。随着医学技术和神经影像学技术的不断发展,磁共振成像技术(MRI)在临床中的应用越来越多,同时,MRI高组织对比度、高空间分辨率和正电子发射断层扫描(PET)代谢敏感性结合产生的PET/MRI技术也逐渐广泛应用于临床神经系统疾病的诊断、检查、病灶定位和手术结局改善等多方面,并有良好的应用效果。本次将对PET/MRI在癫痫中的应用进行阐述分析。Epilepsy is a high incidence rate of nervous system disease in clinic.It is mostly caused by central nervous system dysfunction and has recurrent characteristics.It not only seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients,but also causes serious economic and spiritual burdens on their families.With the continuous development of medical technology and neuroimaging technology,magnetic resonance(MRI)is used more and more in clinical applications.At the same time,PET/MRI technology,which combines high tissue contrast,high spatial resolution and metabolic sensitivity of positron emission tomography(PET),has been widely used in the diagnosis,examination,lesion location and surgical outcome improvement of clinical nervous system diseases,and has good application effect.This time,the application of PET/MRI in epilepsy will be explained.
