摘 要:目的:研究全自动分析系统定量在检测HIV-1病毒载量中的作用。方法:取笔者所在医院2017年4月~2018年4月收治的艾滋病患者68例为研究对象,随机均分成对照组和观察组各34例。对照组给予罗氏自动检测仪检查,观察组给予雅培m2000全自动分析仪进行检查,对比两组检查正确率和符合度。结果:两种方法检测后,观察组HIV病毒阳性率为100%(34/34),对照组检测出阳性30例,阳性率为88.24%(30/34),检测结果均值为(2.990±0.183),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均CD^(4+)T细胞数(567.5±20.6),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)1.2,病毒载量结果2.98log copy/mL;对照组平均CD^(4+)T细胞数(558.7±25.2),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)1.0,病毒载量结果3.13log copy/mL。观察组优于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全自动分析系统定量在检测HIV-1病毒载量的应用,具有更高的检测准确率,是未来临床艾滋病病毒检查的重要依据。Objective:To study the role of fully automated analysis system quantification in the detection of HIV-1 viral load.Methods:A total of 68 AIDS patients admitted to the author’s hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 34 cases each.The control group was checked with Roche automatic detector,and the observation group was checked with Abbott m2000 automatic analyzer.The accuracy and conformity of the two groups were compared.Results:After the two methods of testing,the HIV positive rate of the observation group was 100%(34/34),and the control group tested positive for 30 cases,the positive rate was 88.24%(30/34),and the average test result was(2.990±0.183),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average number of CD^(4+)T cells in the observation group(567.5±20.6),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)1.2,the viral load result was 2.98log copy/mL;the average number of CD^(4+)T cells in the control group(558.7±25.2),CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)1.0,the viral load result 3.13log copy/mL.The observation group is better than the control group,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fully automated analysis system in the detection of HIV-1 viral load has a higher detection accuracy rate.It is an important basis for future clinical HIV examinations and should be further promoted and used in clinical practice.
