摘　　要：目的:分析经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:入组本院2018年1月~2020年12月收治的中央型腰椎间盘突出症患者共50例,随机分组,常规组的患者给予常规手术治疗,研究组给予经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗。比较两组效果。结果:研究组手术耗时和常规组无显著差异,而失血、下床时间短于常规组,治疗后患者疼痛VAS评分、腰椎功能障碍ODI指数、并发症发生率均低于常规组,P<0.05。结论:经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症临床效果确切。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of percutaneous foraminal endoscopy TESSYS technology in the treatment of central lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 50 patients with central lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the routine group were treated with routine surgery,and the study group was was given percutaneous transforaminal lens TESSYS technology treatment.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the study group and the conventional group,but blood loss and time to get out of bed were shorter than those of the conventional group.After treatment,the patients’pain VAS score,lumbar dysfunction ODI index,and complication rate were lower than those of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of TESSYS technique in the treatment of central lumbar disc herniation is definite.
