经阴道三维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察经阴道二维超声与经阴道三维超声对于子宫内膜息肉患者的实际临床效果。方法:研究开展时间为2018年3月~2020年2月,筛选的100例患者均为本院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者。患者分别采取经阴道二维超声和经阴道三维超声检查,并以宫腔镜活检为金标准,观察两种不同检查方法诊断子宫内膜息肉的价值。结果:采用经阴道二维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的准确性为68.0%,经阴道三维超声诊断准确率为86.0%,后者诊断准确率明显更高(P<0.05)。经阴道二维超声的图像质量明显低于经阴道三维超声(P<0.05)。结论:采用经阴道三维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉,图像清晰度更高,诊断准确率明显高于二维超声。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods:The study was conducted from March 2018 to February 2020.All the 100 patients were endometrial polyps in our hospital.Transvaginal twodimensional ultrasound and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound were used respectively,and hysteroscopic biopsy was used as the gold standard to observe the value of two different methods in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Results:The accuracy of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps was 68.0%,and that of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound was 86.0%,the latter was significantly higher(P<0.05).The image quality of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound was significantly lower than that of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps has higher image clarity and higher diagnostic accuracy than two-dimensional ultrasound.
