经阴道二维和三维超声检测黄体血流对孕早期结局的价值比较

摘　　要：目的:比较经阴道二维超声和三维能量多普勒超声检测孕早期黄体血流对妊娠结局的预测价值。方法:收集2017年1月~2019年7月就诊的194例早孕受试者为研究对象,均进行经阴道二维超声和三维能量多普勒超声检测黄体的检查。结果:正常妊娠组RI、PI明显低于终止妊娠组,而D、V、VI、FI、VFI明显高于终止妊娠组(P<0.05)。联合指标(RI+FI)的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.963,与单独使用RI(AUC=0.969)和FI(AUC=0.964)参数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RI、FI对早孕妊娠结局具有较高的预测价值。RI和FI联合指标并不优于单独使用RI或FI。Objective:To compare the predictive value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound to detect the blood flow of the corpus luteum in the first trimester of pregnancy.Methods:A total of 194 early-pregnancy subjects who visited the clinic from January 2017 to July 2019 were collected as the research objects,and all of them underwent transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound to detect the corpus luteum.Results:RI and PI in the normal pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in the terminated pregnancy group,while D,V,VI,FI,and VFI were significantly higher than those in the terminated pregnancy group(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of the combined index(RI+FI)was 0.963,which was not statistically different from the RI(AUC=0.969)and FI(AUC=0.964)parameters alone(P>0.05).Conclusion:RI and FI have high predictive value for early pregnancy outcome.The combined index of RI and FI is not better than using RI or FI alone.
