使用Voluson E8(RIC6-5-9-D)阴道探头联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)检测诊断早期输卵管妊娠的临床意义及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用Voluson E8(RIC6-5-9-D)阴道探头联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激(β-HCG)检测诊断早期输卵管妊娠的临床意义及其相关性。方法:本研究选择自2018年11月~2020年8月本院就诊的超声提示输卵管包块并β-HCG阳性的100例患者,将其分为四组。结果:不同组的β-HCG值有差异,A组<B组<C组<D组,血β-HCG值与输卵管妊娠的超声图像之间存在密切关系(P<0.001),具有统计学差异,血流分级与血清β-HCG值呈正相关(r=0.571,P=0.0046)。结论:使用Voluson E8(RIC6-5-9-D)阴道探头联合血β-HCG检测诊断早期输卵管妊娠的临床意义显著,可作为预测输卵管妊娠的有效诊断指标。Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and correlation of Voluson E8(RIC6-5-9-D)vaginal probe with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in the diagnosis of early tubal pregnancy.Methods:From November 2018 to August 2020 in our hospital,100 patients with tubal mass and positiveβ-HCG were selected and divided into four groups.Results:Theβ-HCG values of different groups are different,group A<B group<C group<D group,there is a close relationship between the bloodβ-HCG value and the ultrasound image of tubal pregnancy(P<0.001),there is a statistical difference,blood flow grade was positively correlated with serum betaβ-HCG value(r=0.571,P=0.0046).Conclusion:Using Voluson E8(RIC6-5-9-D)vaginal probe joint blood betaβ-HCG detection significantly,and the clinical significance of the diagnosis of early tubal pregnancy can be used as an effective diagnostic predictor of tubal pregnancy.
