摘　　要：目的:研究标准操作规程对消毒供应中心动力工具处理的效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2021年1月共134件动力工具为研究对象,2018年1月~2019年12月共64件动力工具,未采取标准操作规程进行处理,视作对照组;2020年1月~2021年1月共70件动力工具,采取标准操作规程进行处理,视作观察组,对比两组动力工具处理结果。结果:观察组实施标准操作规程后动力工具清洗消毒合格率为97.14%,高于未实施标准操作规程的对照组动力工具清洗消毒合格率87.50%(P<0.05)。观察组实施标准操作规程后医生对消毒供应中心针对动力工具的回收及时性、清洗效果、配送及时性、沟通顺畅性满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取标准操作规程可提高对消毒供应中心动力工具的处理合格率,医生对动力工具的满意度更高。Objective:To study the effect of standard operating procedures on the treatment of power tools in the disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 134 power tools from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and a total of 64 power tools from January 2018 to December 2019 were processed without standard operating procedures and regarded as a control group;From January 2020 to January 2021,a total of 70 power tools were processed according to standard operating procedures and treated as an observation group.The results of the two sets of power tools were compared.Results:After the observation group implemented the standard operating procedures,the power tool cleaning and disinfection pass rate was 97.14%,which was higher than the power tool cleaning and disinfection pass rate of 87.50%in the control group that did not implement the standard operating procedures(P<0.05).After the observation group implemented the standard operating procedures,the doctors’satisfaction scores for the recovery timeliness,cleaning effect,delivery timeliness,and smooth communication of power tools from the disinfection supply center were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting standard operating procedures can increase the qualification rate of power tools in the disinfection supply center,and doctors are more satisfied with power tools.
