摘  要:采用非等温示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了添加抗氧化剂和抗紫外剂对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)体系固化反应的影响。通过Kissinger-Crane方程和Ozawa方程求解了反应的表观活化能、指前因子、反应级数等动力学参数。运用T-β外推法确定了UPR的凝胶温度(T_(gel))、固化温度(T_(cure))和后处理温度(T_(treat))等固化工艺温度参数。结果表明,抗氧剂和抗紫外剂的加入对UPR的固化反应级数没有影响,但会使表观活化能增大,固化工艺温度升高。The effect of adding antioxidants and anti-ultraviolet agents on the curing reaction of unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)systems was investigated by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The kinetic parameters such as the apparent activation energy,pre-exponential factor and reaction order of the reaction were solved by Kissinger-Crane equation and Ozawa equation.The T-βextrapolation method was used to determine the curing process temperature parameters such as the gel temperature(T_(gel)),curing temperature(T_(cure))and post-treatment temperature(T_(treat))of UPR.The results showed that the addition of antioxidants and anti-ultraviolet agents had no effect on the UPR curing reaction order,but it would increase the apparent activation energy and curing process temperature.
