摘  要:针对聚氨酯(PU)硬泡注浆材料粘度低,内聚能小,抗水分散性能差,因而将其用于注浆堵水时易被水冲散的缺陷,采用癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)与聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)作为协同增粘改性剂,通过粘度、抗水分散性能、耐水解性能和压缩强度等测试,研究了DOS与PVAc用量对PU浆液性能的影响。结果表明:DOS与PVAc对PU浆液具有显著的协同增粘作用,当DOS质量分数为15%,PVAc质量分数为10%时,PU浆液的粘度为1512 mPa·s,具有良好的抗水分散性能,PU硬泡的压缩强度达到最大值1.62 MPa,NaOH溶液浸泡28 d后的压缩强度保留率为98.5%,耐水解性良好,各项综合性能最优。The polyurethane(PU)rigid foam grouting material had low viscosity,low cohesive energy and poor water dispersion resistance property,so it could be easily dispersed by water when grouting water shutoff.The dioctyl sebacate(DOS)and polyvinyl acetate(PVAc)were used as synergistic viscosity enhancement modifier.The effects of DOS and PVAc dosages on properties of the PU rigid foam were investiged by testings of viscosity,water dispersion resistance,hydrolysis resistance and compressive strength.The results showed that DOS and PVAc had remarkable synergistic viscosity enhancement to the PU slurry.The viscosity of the PU slurry with15 wt%of DOS and 10 wt%of PVAc was 1512 mPa·s and had good water dispersion resistance.The compressive strength of PU hard foam reached the maximum value of 1.62 MPa and the compressive strength retention rate was 98.5%after soaking in NaOH solution for 28 days.It had good hydrolysis resistance and the best comprehensive performance.
