摘  要:对靖边某气田在役天然气采出水埋地玻璃钢储罐的腐蚀形貌、壁厚、硬度及弯曲强度等进行了检测分析,结果表明,玻璃钢储罐经过二十余年的服役,外表面没有腐蚀,内表面有较多的腐蚀坑及裂纹,防腐防渗内衬层已被腐蚀剥落,其壁厚减薄严重,与储罐初始性能相比,服役储罐性能大幅下降,导致储罐安全系数降低至3.9。The corrosion morphology,wall thickness,hardness and flexural strength of the buried FRP storage tanks of natural gas produced water in service in Jingbian gas field were tested and analyzed.The results showed that after more than 20 years of service,there was no corrosion on the outer surface of the FRP tank,and there were many corrosion pits and cracks on the inner surface.The anti-corrosion and anti-seepage lining layer were corroded and peeled off,and the wall thickness of the tank was seriously reduced.Compared with the initial performance of the storage tank,the performance of the service storage tank was greatly reduced,resulting in the safety coefficient of the storage tank was reduced to 3.9.
