摘  要:为提高电力系统数据压缩方法的实时性和适应性,提出一种适用于智能配电网监测系统的无损数据压缩方案,该方案通过对当前监测数据的取值进行预测,计算实际值与预测值的残差,并对残差值进行改进的行程编码与霍夫曼编码,实现对智能配电网监测数据的无损压缩。预测方法采用基于2阶泰勒公式的预测法。通过对预测方法和压缩方案的分别仿真,证明所提预测方法和压缩方案各自的有效性。另外,所提的无损数据压缩方案无需添加时间窗,适用于对实时性要求较高的智能配电网监测系统。This paper proposes a lossless data compression scheme for the monitoring system of the smart grid which can calculate out the residuals of the actual value and the predicted value by predicting the value of current monitoring data,and then encode the residuals by improved run length encoding and Huffman encoding,thus realize lossless compression of the monitoring data of the smart grid.In the scheme,the prediction method is based on the 2 order Taylor formula.Through the simulation of the prediction method and the compression scheme respectively,the paper proves the validity of the proposed prediction method and the compression scheme.The proposed lossless data compression scheme does not need to add a time window,so it is suitable for the monitoring system of the smart grid with a high real-time requirement.
