宁夏红寺堡生态移民区女童教育发展问题分析

摘　　要：女童教育长期被社会重点关注。近年来国家对贫困地区实施易地扶贫搬迁,移民群众生活得到改善,女童教育也随之发生了一些变化。红寺堡作为全国最大的易地移民搬迁迁入区,极具代表性,本文通过深入调研,发现移民女童教育发展仍存在教育资源不能衔接、女童父母文化素质较低、受落后观念影响较重等问题,结合各相关部门的调研及问卷走访,认为移民区女童教育问题不再是师资力量、设施投入不足问题,而是源于女童自推力及移民整体文化素质。女童教育问题的解决不仅需要学校的努力,还需要加大宣传教育和社会多方面的共同协作。Girls’Education has been focused on by the society for a long time.Poverty alleviation and relocation in poor area has been carried out in recent years,which has improved people’s living standard and changed girl’s education status.As the largest ecological immigration area in Ningxia,Hongsibu is very typical.This paper,based on investigation and questionnaires,it is found that the consistency of girls’education before and after migration need to be improved,and parents’education and traditional customs have negative effect on girls’education.The problems of girls’education in immigration area mainly come from girls’self control and overall cultural quality of immigration,instead of faculty and inadequate infrastructure investment.And the settlement of the problems will not only depend on school,but also publicity and education and society.
