摘  要:分析山东青岛某办公建筑采暖工程改造情况,对改造前与改造后的系统进行技术与经济性评估。利用DeST软件对采暖期的逐时热负荷进行模拟计算,并提出四套供暖方案,以7 d为一个运行周期,记录机组运行工况,计算其初投资与运行年费,从不同角度分析对比。研究表明:采用空气源热泵方案的运行年费相较于传统集中供热有明显优势,虽然初投资较高,但在6.71 a内可实现动态投资回收;当空气源热泵系统采暖方案中热源为可选择性多热源时,运行年费进一步降低,弱化了燃料价格等敏感性因素波动的影响力,证明项目的技术路线是可行的。The technology and economy assessment of the heating system before and after the renovation has been done for an office building in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The hourly heat load during the heating period is simulated by using DeST, and four sets of heating schemes are put forward. Taking seven days as an operating cycle to record the operating conditions of the unit, the initial investment and annual operating fee are calculated. The results show that the annual operating cost of the air source heat pump scheme has obvious advantages over traditional central heating. Although the initial investment is relatively high, the dynamic investment recovery can be achieved within 6.71 a. When the heat source in the heating scheme of the air source heat pump system is an optional multiple heat source, the annual operating fee is further reduced, weakening the influence of fluctuations in sensitive factors such as fuel prices. All above those prove that the technical route of the project is feasible.
