摘　　要：[目的/意义]舆情是社会生活中不可或缺的一部分,对舆情领域的相关文献进行系统梳理,有助于把握我国舆情研究现状,对其发展趋势有更为清晰直观的认识,助推社会舆情治理实现理论和实践进步。[方法/过程]以CSSCI数据库中1998-2019年关于舆情研究的文献作为研究对象,应用文献计量学方法和Citespace可视化工具对舆情相关文献的年代、作者、高被引文献、关键词等进行统计分析。[结果/结论]我国舆情研究实现了从传统社会舆情到网络舆情再到大数据舆情的转化,研究热点包括舆情理论和传播机制研究、舆情信息挖掘和分析监管研究、社交网络平台舆情研究、舆情主体关系研究以及针对特定对象或突发事件的研究,加快主流媒体建设,提高政府应对危机事件能力,加强政治安全、维护国家形象成为重要的研究前沿。[Purpose/significance]Public opinion is an indispensable part of social life.This systematic review of relevant literature in the field of public opinion will help academia to grasp the current state of public opinion research in China,and provide a clearer and more intuitive understanding of its development trends.It will finally help the governance of social public opinion to achieve theoretical and practical progress.[Method/process]Taking the literature on public opinion research in CSSCI database as the research object,the bibliometric method and Citespace are used to statistically analyze the age,author,highly cited literature,keywords,etc.of literature on related topics of public opinion.[Result/conclusion]Chinese public opinion research topic has realized the transformation from traditional social public opinion to online public opinion and then to big data public opinion.Research hotspots include public opinion theory and communication mechanism research,public opinion information mining and supervision research,social network platform public opinion research,public opinion subject relationship research and research on specific objects or emergencies.And accelerating the construction of mainstream media,improving the government'sability to respond to crisis events,strengthening political security,and maintaining the image of the country have become important research frontiers.
