“皖抗6号”等六个抗松材线虫病马尾松无性系选育

摘　　要：开展松材线虫病马尾松抗性育种研究,选育抗性品种,已成为防御松材线虫病危害的重要途径之一。经过20 a的松材线虫病抗性育种研究工作,选育出"皖抗6号"到"皖抗11号"等6个马尾松抗性无性系优良品种。选育结果表明:6个抗性无性系的生长量较突出,在松材线虫病疫区均未受到松材线虫病的危害。"皖抗6号"平均单株材积比同期无性系增益65.8%,比普通马尾松增益192.8%,种子千粒重比同期抗性无性系高8.1%,室内发芽率95%;"皖抗7号"在树干通直度上特异性表现明显,均为Ⅰ级木;"皖抗8号"母株穗条的扦插生根率达95%,成苗率达90%以上;"皖抗9号"结实量稳定,前期结实量呈递增趋势;"皖抗10号"种子纯度高,达到97.9%,球果大小也高于其他同期无性系;"皖抗11号"冠型优美、树干通直,均为Ⅰ级木。该6个抗性无性系具有抗逆性、速生丰产性、干型通直、冠幅冠层较大、种实品质较好、基因差异性明显等优良性状。Carrying out research on resistance to pine wilt disease and masson pine breeding and breeding resistant varieties have become one of the important ways to prevent pine wilt disease.After 20 years of research on the resistance breeding of Pinus massoniana,the project team selected six excellent varieties of P.massoniana resistant clones,including"Wankang No.6"to"Wankang No.11".The breeding results showed that the growth of six resistant clones were outstanding,and they were not harmed by pine wilt disease in the epidemic areas.The average volume per plant of"Wankang No.6"was 65.8%higher than that of the same clones and 192.8%higher than that of ordinary masson pine,and thousand-seed weight of seeds was 8.1%higher than that of resistant clones of the same period,and the indoor germination rate was 95%;"Wankang No.7"had obvious specificity in trunk straightness,all of which were Class I woods;"Wankang No.8"had a cutting rooting rate of 95%and a seedling rate of over 90%.The seed setting of"Wankang No.9"was stable,and the seed setting in the early stage showed an increasing trend;the seed purity of"Wankang No.10"was high,reaching 97.9%,and the cone size was also higher than other clones of the same period;"Wankang No.11"had a beautiful crown shape and straight trunk which all grade Class I wood;Six resistant clones such as"Wankang No.6"had excellent characteristics such as stress resistance,fast-growing and high-yield,straight stem type,larger crown and canopy,better seed quality,and obvious genetic differences.
