河南省城乡公共体育服务均等化实现的影响因素与优化方案研究

摘　　要：河南省城乡公共体育服务存在较大差距,特别在公共体育设施、公共体育指导、公共体育活动等方面较为明显.运用文献资料法、数理统计法等,从制度、经济、社会发展和文化的角度剖析影响河南城乡公共体育均等化的致因.并根据其影响因素提出有针对性的优化建议:改善城乡公共体育服务制度供给;强化统筹城乡区域经济一体化发展;依据城乡社会环境和社会结构精准体育供给;弥补城乡公共体育服务发展文化鸿沟,推动河南城乡公共体育服务向广度和深度拓展,增进全民身体素质水平,使城乡居民均等化的享受和谐社会带来的优质公共服务.There is a big gap between urban and rural public sports services in Henan Province,especially in public sports facilities,public sports guidance,public sports activities.By using the methods of literature and Statistics,this paper analyzes the causes of affecting the equalization of urban and rural public sports in Henan Province from the perspectives of system,economy,social development and culture.According to the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions:improving the supply of public sports service system in urban and rural areas,strengthening the overall planning of regional economic development in urban and rural areas,and making precise sports supply according to the social environment and social structure of urban and rural areas;Bridging the cultural gap in the development of public sports services in urban and rural areas.We will expand the scope and depth of public sports services in both urban and rural areas of Henan Province,improve the physical quality of the whole population,and enable urban and rural residents to enjoy equal access to quality public services brought about by a harmonious society.
