藏药五味甘露药浴方的临床应用规范化研究

摘　　要：目的:对藏药五味甘露药浴方的临床应用规范进行系统地归纳和陈述。方法:通过查阅大量藏医药文献资料和进行藏药五味甘露浴方的临床实践调研。结果:藏医古籍记载藏药五味甘露药浴的功效为发汗,消炎,止痛,平黄水,活血通络。现代临床主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风、偏瘫、妇女产后疾病、皮肤病等疾病,其对脑梗塞后遗症、脑溢血后遗症也有一定的疗效。各机构在临床操作中都进行了药液制备、控制浸泡时间及药液水温等环节,但不同临床机构的实施标准有较大差异。结论:通过梳理五味甘露药浴的方解、临床应用药材品种基原、临床适应症与禁忌症、临床技术应用规范等内容,以提高藏药五味甘露药浴的临床应用的安全性、有效性和质量可控性,可为其进一步的标准制定、新药开发等提供科学依据。Objective:The standardization research on the modern clinical application of Tibetan medicine five-flavor Manna medicated bath prescription was summarized and stated systematically.Method:A large number of Tibetan medical literature was consulted and research on the clinical practice of Tibetan medicine five-flavor Manna medicated bath prescription was conducted.Result:The ancient books of Tibetan medicine recorded that the efficacy of Tibetan drug five-flavor Manna medicated bath prescription was sweating,anti-inflammation,pain relief,soothing yellow water,activating blood and dredging collaterals.The medicine were used to treat diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,gout,hemiplegia,dermatosis,and postpartum disorders in women,as well as cerebral infarction sequelae and cerebral hemorrhage sequelae in modern clinic.The preparation of liquid medicine,soaking time and temperature control of liquid medicine were carried out in each clinic,but the standards of different clinic were different.Conclusion:Through combing the prescription,original varieties of medicinal material in clinical application,clinical indications and contraindications,clinical technology application norms,etc.in order to improve the safety,effectiveness and quality controllability of the clinical application of Tibetan medicine five-flavor Manna medicated bath prescription,it can provide scientific basis for its further standard and new drug development.
