三九贴联合健儿康膏方对非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染患儿内分泌及免疫调节的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三九贴联合健儿康膏方对非急性发作期反复呼吸道感染的肺脾气虚证患儿临床疗效及可能作用机制。方法122例反复呼吸道感染非急性发作期肺脾气虚证患儿采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。观察组给予三九贴联合健儿康膏方;对照组给予脾氨肽口服冻干粉,疗程4周,随访12个月。评价临床疗效,比较两组治疗前及治疗后12个月的发作次数及病情分级,检测两组患儿治疗前后的IgG、IgA、IgM以及IL-2、IL-4、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的水平。结果最终进入数据分析共120例,每组60例。观察组总有效率[88.33%(53/60)]高于对照组[75.00%(45/60),χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05]。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后的发作次数和病情分级均有改善,以观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM、IL-2、IL-4、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IFN-γ水平均有升高,且观察组升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论三九贴联合健儿康膏方可以改善患儿的内分泌及免疫调节,明显减少急性发作次数,对小儿反复呼吸道感染具有良好的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism of Sanjiu Plaster combined with Jianerkang Ointment on children with Fei-Pi qi deficiency syndrome in non-acute attack period of recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 122 children with Fei-Pi qi deficiency syndrome in non-acute attack period of recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly assigned to the observation group and control group,61 cases in each group.The observation group was given Sanjiu Plaster combined with Jianerkang Ointment,the control group was given Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder for 4 weeks,followed up for 12 months.The clinical efficacy was evaluated.The attack times and disease grade of the two groups were compared before and at 12 month after treatment.At the same time,the contents of IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-4,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)were detected before and after treatment.Results Finally,120 cases were involved in data analysis,60 in each group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.33%(53/60),which was higher than 75.00%(45/60)of the control group(χ^(2)=4.675,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment in the same group,the attack frequency and the disease grade were improved,and the observation group improved more obviously(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-4,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),and IFN-γwere increased after treatment in both groups,and the results of the observation group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjiu Plaster combined with Jianerkang Ointment could improve the endocrine and immune regulation of children,significantly reduce the number of acute attacks,and has good curative effect on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.
